"Refund took longer than I expected"
My return was accepted without much trouble, but the refund took longer to come through than I thought it would. Support did respond and they were okay, but the whole process felt impersonal at times, like I was just another ticket number waiting in the queue...

"Way colder than I thought it would be"
I grabbed one from frosty-coolers.com, i’m convinced it cools better than it has any right to. I had drinks sitting in it outside for a few hours and they stayed surprisingly cold. Full sun is still full sun, so it’s not magic, but overall I’m definitely happy with how well it keeps things chilled

"Looks good, but the ice didn’t hold up"
The cooler showed up in good shape and looks nice, so I was expecting it to perform better than it did. I took it on a weekend trip, and the ice was already mostly melted by the next day, so I had to stop and buy more. Maybe I just expected too much for the price, but it kind of feels like it’s made to look tougher and more insulated than it actually is. Disappointing overall.

"Quick delivery and smoother than most"
I ordered a cooler late Monday night and it was already at my door by Thursday morning. Compared to a lot of deliveries I’ve had lately, this one was way less of a headache, tracking actually updated like it should and there weren’t any random delays or confusion.
The box did have a small dent when it arrived, but the cooler was packed well enough that nothing inside was damaged. Overall it was a easy experience, especially compared to some other places people complain about, and I’d order again

"Works, but definitely feels budget"
It works fine, so I guess that’s the main thing. But the hinges feel flimsy, and the plastic scratches if you so much as look at it wrong. Not exactly giving me a lot of confidence in how long it’ll last.

"Warranty took longer than it should have"
I had to reach out to support twice about my cooler warranty, which was frustrating. They did eventually get it sorted, but the replies were slower than I expected and the whole process felt more difficult than it needed to be. It wasn’t the worst experience, but I would’ve appreciated a quicker response and at least some kind of apology for the delay.

I ended up taking this with me pretty much everywhere because it was so easy to carry around, and I barely noticed it in my bag but was always glad I had it when I needed it

I got a cooler from frosty-coolers.com, the size ended up being pretty much perfect for me. It’s not one of those massive coolers that’s annoying to move around, but it still has a surprising amount of space inside.
I brought it along for a weekend trip and was able to fit drinks, snacks, and a few food containers without having to play cooler Tetris. BIG plus for me was that it still fit in my car easily and didn’t take over the whole trunk.
For the capacity and convenience, I’m really happy with it. It’s simple, practical, and does exactly what I needed it to do. Definitely a 5-star buy for me...

I’d say this is a good deal for what you’re paying. The cooler works the way I expected it to, and I haven’t really run into any major issues with it so far. I wasn’t looking for anything super fancy or over the top, just something that would do the job without costing too much, and this seems to fit that well. The price felt fair to me considering how it performs, so overall I’m happy with it. No big complaints, honestly.

I found what I needed quickly, and checkout was simple. I usually blame myself when a site gets confusing because I’ll overthink every step, but this one didn’t give me any reason to. No weird hoops or annoying surprises, just an easy experience overall.
